Where do you ship from?
San Mateo, California. Most US orders land in about a week from when they ship.
How long does it take to ship?
We pack orders in 1 to 3 business days. Shipping time is on each listing. If you need it for a specific date, message us before you buy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Not yet. Shipping is calculated at checkout from San Mateo.
Do you accept returns?
No returns or exchanges on stickers. If it arrived damaged or isn't what was listed, message us.
What's the vinyl like?
Die-cut vinyl, meant for laptops, bottles, notebooks, and similar. Not for cars unless the listing says so. Colors can look a little different from your screen.
Can I get a custom sticker?
Yes. Use Request Custom Order or email operationssidequest@gmail.com with the idea, size, and quantity.
Is there a discount code?
Shop announcement has the current code if one's running. SQO10 is 10% off during the rebrand.
International / customs?
We can ship where Etsy allows. Customs, VAT, and import fees are the buyer's.
