How do I keep my dough from sticking to my cookie cutter?
To prevent sticking, start with well-chilled dough and a light dusting of flour (or powdered sugar) on both the dough surface and the cutter. For 3D-printed cutters, the quickest trick is to dip the cutter edge in flour before each press, then tap off the excess so you don’t distort your cookie shape.
