All our signs are fresh made to order, so please allow us up to 3 to 5 business days for us to process your order and produce your sign(s) and custom sign order requests are always welcome. NOTICE: USPS is currently experiencing delays at this time. Please understand that packages may arrive late due to this. Unfortunately this is out of our hands. Please take this into consideration if ordering an item you need quickly.

All our products are made to order. Please read production times for each item before ordering as they vary.
SHIPPING TIME Shipping Transit time is in ADDITION to the printing time and is only an estimate. Delays are common right now. DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Expedited shipping is currently not offered due to shipping delays.
DELIVERY DATES Are Not Guaranteed! Estimated delivery dates are based on typical shipping times. Delays are common due to insufficient manpower, limited transport resources and bad weather events. Refunds are not issued for package delays. Delivery dates are NOT GUARANTEED.
TRACKING - Tracking updates have been delayed or incorrect due to skipped scans. Some tracking numbers will only update once the package is delivered.
WRONG ADDRESS
PLEASE double-check your address! If it is wrong, message us ASAP to correct it. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address.
DEFECTIVE/BROKEN/INCORRECT ITEMS
Please let us know if there is a problem with your item. We will refund or replace it. We first need a photo of the flawed or incorrect item. Then we will print a new one right away.

The seller eventually messaged me to let me know they were having issues, but a shipping label was created and sat for a week before it actually shipped. The sign is great, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication about the shipping expectations. I don't mind delays as long as the seller keeps me in the loop.
