Do your scrabble letters have hangers already on them?
No, we recommend hanging your tiles with command strips or sticky tack for easy-hang and rearranging. You can purchase this add on listing to receive a sawtooth picture hanger on your whole tile order if preferred:

Are your letters on the scrabble letters vinyl or painted?
Each tile has a BLACK or WHITE PERMANENT VINYL letters and numbers matching the Scrabble game.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer gift notes to include in your packages, just let us know what you want to say! Please let us know if you are sending as a gift, even without a gift note, order details with pricing are included in packages and can be changed for gift orders.
How long will my order take until it is shipped?
Our shop has a current turnaround time of 1-2 weeks with most orders going out by 1 to 1.5 weeks. Shipping then takes 1-3 additional days. If you need your order sooner than this, please message us the date you need it by and let us confirm. If you need to, you can purchase our "Rush Order" listing along with your order. Please note that shipping will always be 1-3 days, even with the rush, so please account for this when asking for a rush order.
Sizing details
The current sizes we offer for our scrabble letters are 5.5", 4.5" or 3.5" ONLY. We can make 2.5" when available as per request.
How are the scrabble letters hung?
Our scrabble letters include a sawtooth picture hanger on the back for ready-to-hang ability. Each tile is meant to be hung separately. We do not offer tiles sent together as one big piece. We do not offer scrabble holders to rest tiles in in lieu of hanging at the moment.
I ordered too many scrabble letter tiles and forgot to account for the intersecting letters. Can I get a refund?
All listings clearly state to account for intersecting letters and to order accordingly. Orders can be changed and refunded if we are messaged within 24 hours of the order being placed. Otherwise, the order will already be in process of being made and cannot be changed.
Where do I put the letters that I need to order?
Please put all letters and the amount of each letter needed in the “personalize” section or "note to seller" during check-out. You can also message us the letters.
