Gift wrapping and packaging

All our glasses are sent out wrapped in Tissue Paper and carefully stored within bubble wrap in a Double Corrugated Cardboard Box.

Can I exchange a Non-Personalised Item?

Exchanges are only available on non-personalised items. Original item must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving the item in original packaging and condition. Exchanged item will only be sent out once we have received the original item in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

My order has arrived damage, what do I do?

Sadly we can't always guarantee the treatment of our parcels once they are with the courier. If an item has arrived damaged, you must let us know within 5 days of your order arriving to be eligible for a replacement. Please message us via Etsy messages with a picture of the damage and we'll be more than happy to help you!

My order hasn't arrived and it is after the last expected delivery date. What do I do?

Royal Mail is currently having delays with most of the deliveries due to Covid-19. In some cases they are taking up to 10 working days to arrive.
If you're concerned your order may be lost send us a message via Etsy Messages and we can attempt to help.

Please note, Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days past the last expected delivery date.

Does Standard UK delivery come with tracking?

All Standard Orders dispatched after 12th August 2021 will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked48. Once shipped your tracking information will receive be updated. Please allow a few hours for this to update once you have received your information.

Express Shipping is also sent with Royal Mail Tracked24. If you would like to discuss an alternative courier please send me a message.

Can I see a mock up/preview of a personalised item?

If you are unsure how you think your item will look then we recommend that you ask for a mock up before ordering, so you can check you will be 100% happy with how it looks with our font. We offer mock ups free of charge, you can request this through Etsy Messages, our Website, or email. We will not make the item prior to you ordering. There are no returns or exchanges on personalised products.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Dispatch times are located on each individual listing, however usually take 3-5 business days (not including weekends).
