After spending many years in the Corporate Travel industry, Jen decided to become a full time stay at home Mom to her beautiful daughter Kira, and to help her husband Casey start up his vehicle graphics business. She soon found she still needed something that she could call her own, express her creative side, and also feel that she was contributing something to her family income.
She started out making signs at first as gifts for friends and family, then in 2007 Signs by Jen was created and she soon begin selling her signs online. It was a slow start those first couple of years but she learned a lot, added many more sign designs, and turned what she used to call her "little hobby & creative outlet" into a full time business.
In 2021, Jen began to stray away from making signs, and eventually closed the shop to pursue another business venture.
After retiring from his vehicle graphics business in 2025, her husband Casey decided to takeover and get this shop back up and running. While Jen is still known as the creator and owner of Signs by Jen, Casey is now the sign maker and designer, and their daughter Kira is the marketer and shipper.
