Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders are welcome but will incur extra charges. If an item seen on the shop is changed in any way this is classed as a custom order.
Sizing details
We do our best to measure exactly the same in the description. However sizes are a approximate and may differ slightly over at times by 2/3cm on arrangements and 1/2cm on hair accessories.
Care instructions
The beauty of real touch and artificial flowers are you get to keep them forever. Please keep artificial and real touch flowers away from direct sunlight as this can cause discolouring over time. Lightly dust the flowers from time to time to ensure they stay in the best quality condition.
Gift wrapping and packaging
There is an extra charge of £4.00 for gift wrap. This includes decorative Kraft & tissue paper and a personalised hand written card.
If an item is discontinued or out of stock
Sometimes flowers and foliage that we buy may become discontinued or be out of stock. If this happens we will use a similar substitute.

Refunds.
All our custom, personalised items, floral hair pieces, bouquets and arrangements are all made to order items . These are non refundable unless faulty. If you have any questions regarding your item then please message and we will be more than happy to help rectify an issues!
