Under a new moon...
Why Hare's Moon? I have long had an afinity with hares; my first soft toy as a baby was not a traditional teddy bear, it was a white rabbit-like creature named Esther (because I was given her at Easter). Any good pagan will tell you that the Easter bunny is actually a hare, and I've been walking with them ever since. For a few years I was lucky enough to live on farmland where a colony of hares also lived. Often I would glance out of the window and see one sitting on the lawn staring back at me.
After spending a few years spinning my own yarns and selling them here on Etsy, I have now changed to designing knitting patterns. I do still spin yarn, but I sell those on my Folksy shop instead as the international postage is usually prohibitive when sending overseas orders. The knitting patterns are available here as instant digital downloads - please remember to download the pattern once you have paid, as they will not be emailed or sent via the post.
