Can I return an items?
Return Policy: In case you don't like your jewelry when you receive it, I'm happy to refund you, but only after the item has been returned to me. Please notify me that you would like to return an item within a week of receiving it.
Do I require signature requirements?
Shipping Policy: Please note that for orders valued at $100 and above, I require a signature upon receipt. This means that if you aren't at home and able to sign for the item when it's delivered, you may need to take a trip to your local post office. Apologies in advance for the inconvenience, but I've found that this is the best way to keep track of all the little jewels and their unique destinations!
Signature Process during Covid-19: Instead of physically signing for the package, you may be asked to verbally confirm your signature to maintain at least six feet of distance between you and the delivery person.
