Is my order Traceable
For Default Shipping Service (Economy Shipping) Tracking is available for parcel. Please expect a minimum of 2-3 weeks for transit and deliver , it can take few more days depends on the delivery location. We also provide Express Shipping which takes only 6-8 Days for delivery. We use DHL ecommerce, Fedex, Aramex, Ubx, USPS, Speed Post and all type of services for delivery , depending upon the customer location and suitability .
Custom and personalised orders
We hand make each piece of jewelry with care and love from scratch in our home studio meaning it takes us 2-3 working days to create it and have it mailed to you. As soon as it is mailed we mark it as shipped. Shortly after we receive the tracking numbers back from the post we add your tracking information to your order and you will receive an automatic email explaining how to track it. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
