What do you want to do with your degree?
After graduating with my Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design many asked, "What do you want to do with your degree?" My answer was always the same, I want to start my own business designing invites, party decor and anything my heart desires! I want to be the person making other people's events memorable and special. Then in 2013 Silver Pumpkin Designs, LLC was born!
For as long as I can remember I've always had a love for art, drawing and anything creative! I love bringing everyone's visions to life and making their day unforgettable! Over the years Silver Pumpkin Designs, LLC has helped with so many weddings and events. While designing on Etsy I've had the pleasure of working for so many new customers and it's been such a joy!

Returns and exchanges
Physical Items - Items are made to order because of this all sales are final. If items are damaged or incorrect upon you receiving them please message me as soon as possible. I will work with you to fix the problem or replace the item all together. If an item has to be shipped back the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Shipping
Physical Items - Physical items ship within 3-5 days of purchasing. All items are shipped through USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent once your item has been shipped.
North America: 3-5 business days
Europe: 3-6 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
Customs and Import Taxes -
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs
Silver Pumpkin Designs is NOT responsible for any unexpected customs fees, post office errors that result from an item being held/not delivered, or incorrectly entered International addresses.
Please TRIPLE CHECK your address, as USPS does not validate International addresses - this is up to the buyer.
If an item is ordered, shipped, and attempted to be delivered, no refund will be provided if buyer refuses to pay customs fee or an incorrect address was entered.
Please leave AT LEAST 3 weeks for international packages to be delivered.
