Our production methods are a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern techniques.
Lost-Wax-Casting Process:
Our journey with the lost-wax-casting method begins with drawing CAD designs from scratch. We then 3D print a blue wax model, which may undergo several iterations until we achieve the perfect prototype. This model is then used to create a master mold and a silicone mold, complete with spruing structures. Multiple copies of wax models can be produced efficiently, and these wax models are batched casted in the kiln, we get the silver jewellery pieces.

With the surge in demand, we have broadened our team to include team members from Asia (Panyu, China, and Bali, Indonesia), in addition to our domestic production efforts. We also work with gem cutters in Jaipur, India. We ship all finished products from our workshop in Scotland.
