Quite simply, I try to make fair prices, quality products, and excellent customer service the recipe for your satisfaction!
Since 2021, I have gradually expanded to offer you more! I generally post new items weekly and have grown to over 800 active listings (and even more have previously have sold out!). On top of this, many listings have multiple purchase or upgrade options! My hope is to offer something for everyone: U.S. and foreign; coins and banknotes; silver and non-, items appealing to both amateurs (or kids) and veteran collectors!
If you have any issue with your order, I would ask that you please contact me so that we have the opportunity to make you happy before leaving a review. It is my goal for every customer to feel that he or she is served fairly and respectfully. There is nothing we can't work out if we commit to doing so!
After placing an order, please check your Etsy messages in case communication is needed. You will be surprised how often this may be the case for various reasons, including need to confirm certain items, incomplete shipping information, or possible need to make a substitution.
Until I have a USPS-verified address or one that you are confident with, I will hold off on shipping. I would rather be doubly sure before shipping. Checking your messages ensures this communication can take place.
For items eligible for returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs or shipping costs to me which non-refundable to me. Refunds will be prorated if items are not received in their original condition so please package with due consideration.
Regarding cancellation refunds: I am happy to cancel your order if I have not yet shipped. If I have already shipped, obviously this is no longer possible). If I have already packaged your order, I can still cancel your order upon your timely request. If costs will be incurred in cancelling your order, your refund will be prorated. For example, if stamps are used to ship your order which are forfeit from the process, they will be deducted from the refund.
As the maximum coverage for Purchase Protection Plan is $250, international orders may not exceed this amount. I may enforce this maximum on domestic orders as well.
In working with customers on any concern toward a resolution, I am committed to being positive, kind, and respectful. I have minimal tolerance for unkind behavior on this platform, whether it be profane, derogatory, denigrating, harassing/bullying speech, behavior, or threats. I frequently receive inquiries on if my items are real (or "legit") or replicas. In creating my listings, I mark them as "handmade" and this seems to generate some of the confusion. My items are "handmade" in much the same way as florists create bouquets and arrangements. Florists do not grow the flowers, but they do take the flora and produce artistic pieces with them (e.g., bouquets, centerpieces, corsages). Likewise, I do not mint the coins, but I put them together in unique and original assortments. Marketing fake currency as real is a federal offense which I would not participate in. If you need fake/replica/counterfeit currency, please purchase it elsewhere. You'll only find real stuff here.
