She was so nice when there was a mishap (totally my fault) with my address. She works hard to make you a completely custom product, in my case a silver impression of my dogs nose. Love it!

Jen does beautiful work! This is my third purchase from her. She has made nose prints for each of my beloved dogs who have since passed. She was flexible in the design of each piece and willing to work with the molds I made knowing that I wouldn’t be able to try a second time. Just as wonderful the second time! I purchased this originally seven years ago and a small piece accidentally broke off. I contacted Jennifer and she STILL HAD the scanned handwriting from our now 10 year old.
