As a small business owner myself, I know how overwhelming it can be to keep track of everything—especially when finances and operations are managed with manual methods and messy spreadsheets. When I first started my business, I was handling many things manually and trying to keep records in scattered, unstructured spreadsheets. It quickly became difficult to track invoices, payments, and orders, and I often felt like I was spending more time organizing information than actually running my business.
Because of that experience, I began creating my own spreadsheet systems in Excel to better manage my business finances and daily operations. Once I had a clear and simple system in place, everything became much easier to track and manage. It saved me time, reduced mistakes, and helped me stay organized as my business grew.
That’s what inspired this shop. I now create practical Excel spreadsheet systems designed to help other small business owners organize their finances and operations without needing complicated software—just simple tools that work.
