Most of my products are made to order, please be patient. The processing time varies greatly depending on our current workload.
I look forward to every order, and I retain a personal approach to each customer, despite the great interest in my products.

Please note that all my designs are handmade, and two products are not exact copies. Ordered product (unless stated READY TO SHIP) will not be the same one as in photos, but another one, made by hand following the same pattern.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns/Refunds and Exchanges
READY TO SHIP items:
I am committed to provide best possible customer service and the clients satisfaction is extremely important to me. I always aim to find a satisfying solution to any claims received. Therefore, once I receive one and we agree on the details, I am open to accepting returns and issue a refund for an unworn product shipped back to us in the original packaging.
A refund is issued once the item reaches my studio. I will deduct from your refund already applied charges I received from etsy as well as the original shipping cost. The shipping cost for returning an item must be covered by the customer as well.

If you want to return or exchange ordered product, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving the item and have it shipped back within 7 business days. Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item as well as the shipping cost to have the new item shipped. There’s a 20% restocking fee on the original item price for all exchanges.

MADE TO ORDER / SPECIAL / CUSTOM ORDERS items: are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable since I keep you (buyer) involved throughout the process and provide you with plenty of opportunity to make reasonable adjustments to the product as I work on your piece. Your custom piece(s) will only be shipped after receiving your approval of the item.
I have a regular full time job and I devote my valuable after work hours, energy and creativity for the piece you commission me to create for you, I deeply enjoy this process and want you to know that each piece is far from an item you can simply buy at a retail store, they are not manufactured, and require you to honor this process if you wish to order one.

As a seller I am unable to take responsibility for items that are lost, stolen from your door or mailbox, damaged or not delivered by the postal services / shipping companies.
On a very rare occasion when the item is not delivered in time, despite being dispatched from my studio, I will file a claim to the postal services / shipping company.
The claim requires 30 days processing time to be resolved. If the lost parcel is not retrieved and delivered within those 30 days, we will only then issue a refund for the lost item.

Unclaimed orders that were returned will be re-sent after payment for the second shipping is received.
