Simoni Papaefstathiou ha studiato Textile Design alla Middlesex University, a Londra. Durante la sua permanenza a Londra, ha esplorato le tecniche di maglieria a mano e a macchina, la tessitura e l'abbellimento dei tessuti, scegliendo di specializzarsi nella tessitura. Dopo la laurea nel 2009, è tornata a Cipro e nel 2010 ha lanciato il suo marchio "Simoni Textile Designs".
'Simoni Textile Designs' produce accessori tessuti a mano come borse, borse, sciarpe, mantelle, orecchini e spille, utilizzando i filati più pregiati. Il suo marchio mira a creare tessuti colorati e materici, di alta qualità e unici utilizzando varie tecniche di tessitura, trasformandoli in accessori unici nel loro genere. Ogni collezione ha un'atmosfera distinta e mira a far sentire il proprietario speciale come ogni pezzo unico.

Simoni Papaefstathiou studied Textile Design at Middlesex University, in London. During her time in London, she explored hand and machine knitting techniques, weaving, and embellishment of textiles, choosing to specialise in Weaving. Following her graduation in 2009, she returned to Cyprus, and in 2010, she launched her own brand 'Simoni Textile Designs'.
'Simoni Textile Designs' produces hand-woven accessories such as bags, purses, scarves, capes, earrings and brooches, using the finest yarns. Her brand aims to create colourful and textural, high quality, unique fabrics by using various weaving techniques, transforming them into one of a kind accessories. Each collection has a distinct feel and aims to make the owner feel as special as each unique piece.
