Opening the package is an experience in itself. The beautiful dark-amber bottles look as though they hold mystical concoctions taken straight from an old apothecary. Autumn Cottage is a wonderfully atmospheric fragrance, initially revealing rich, aromatic notes of vanilla, butter, rum, caramelised sugar and nuts, with a delicate hint of almond, almost like luxurious butterscotch. As it settles, it becomes lighter and airier, evoking the soft, powdery puff that rises when you open sachets of baking powder and vanilla sugar; a sweet, comforting and delightfully nostalgic scent that lingers pleasantly on the skin for hours. The quality is excellent, and the creativity and care that go into every product are clearly evident. I got this for my partner as they love type o negative (as do I). it smells really nice! I was a bit worried it would smell too smokey but it's actually really nice. yay!

Items were quite delayed due to a postal issue I believe, but Etsy support was just great!
