What is your ETA?
I ship daily Monday thru Friday. Excluding Holidays. Delivery within the US takes 1-5 business days, via First Class Mail. Priority mail 1-3 days.
Canada, Europe and Asia take about 7-14 days. Everywhere else takes about 10-20 days. International, please keep in mind it may take longer then the times stated depending if there are any hold ups in customs etc. (See shop policies for me detailed information on shipping times etc)
Do you accept return and exchange?
Yes I do. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return.
I will provide you with a return address. Refund will be for the price of the goods, excluding shipping.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

For Bridal orders, I offer free bridal packaging. At checkout in the "Note to Seller" section leave the names of your bridesmaids and/or anyone else you are gifting to in your bridal party.
What Personalization Details should I include?
Please be sure to include the font, the letters, numbers or symbols you'd like and where and how you'd like it personalized. The most common detail people forget to leave is the font.
How Do I leave Personalization Details?
Once item(s) are in your cart, you can leave a note in the comments box with your details. We read ALL NOTES carefully and will contact you if anything is unclear.
