❓ Can I personalize my order?
Many physical products can be personalized with names, dates, or custom text.
Personalization options will be listed in the individual product listing.
Digital downloads are not currently customized unless specifically stated.
❓ Do you sell digital downloads and physical products?
Yes! My shop offers both digital downloads and handmade physical products.
Digital products are delivered instantly through Etsy after purchase.
Physical products are handmade and shipped directly to you.
Please read each listing carefully to confirm whether you are purchasing a digital file or a physical item.
❓ Do you accept returns?
Digital Returns:
Due to the digital nature of my shop, all sales are final. Please be sure to read product listings so you know what you are buying. :)
The exception to this is if you accidentally place a duplicate order. If this happens (and it does!), I will, of course, refund the duplicate order.
Physical Returns:
Because many items are personalized, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made on my end.
❓ How long will my physical order take to ship?
Most orders are handmade and ship within the processing time listed on each product page.
❓ Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! Gift messages and gift wrapping may be available on select items.
❓ Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each item is handmade from natural wood, so slight variations in wood grain, engraving color, and appearance are normal and make every piece unique.
❓ How do I use SVG files?
These are for use with craft cutting machines such as the Cricut or Silhouette.
To use SVGs with the Silhouette, you will need the Designer Edition of the Silhouette Studio software to open an SVG file.
Alternatively, a PNG file is included with your download. You can use the "trace" function of the basic Silhouette software to use it as a cut file.
❓ How do I download my digital product?
You can access your digital files from your Etsy account:
1. Sign in to Etsy.com (not the Etsy App!) and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and Reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

❓ Can I print as many copies as I like of the printables?
Yes, you may print as many you like as long as they are for your own personal use. You can save copies to additional computers/devices that are for your own personal use.
You may NOT use them to run workshops or sell or share the digital files.
All of my products are covered by copyright, and to share them either in the file or printed form would be a breach of copyright law.
❓ Can I cancel my order?
Digital products cannot be canceled once purchased because files are delivered instantly.
For physical products, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Personalized orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
