What are your hand stamped charms made of?
I use hypoallergenic 1100 aluminum that will never rust flake or tarnish.

When will my item ship?
Production times are listed at the top of my shop. You can find your tracking number under your Etsy purchases once your item ships.
Can you stamp the front and back?
Stamping is only done on the fronts and cannot be done on the back as stamping is much deeper than engraving and a slight distortion may show through to the back of the charm.
What if there is a problem with my orders customization?
If we have made an error on stamping we will gladly correct it and send out a replacement charm, birthstone crystal, or silver charm.
Return Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. Orders over 24 hours will not be cancelled. Returns and refunds are not accepted on custom and personalized items.
