Warranty
SIMPLERIES offers complimentary jewelry repairs up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Each piece will be inspected upon arrival to determine whether the damage will be covered under warranty. Should there be a cost for repairs the customer will be notified before proceeding. Please understand that Simpleries has the right to refuse repairs that are considered unreasonable.
*Please note
Regular wear and tear will not be covered under warranty. Tarnishing or damages resulting from lack of care or unnecessary force will not be covered either. Ie; water damage.
