The print is crisp and clear, and the colors are vibrant without looking overdone. The ceramic heart has a nice weight to it and feels like a keepsake that will last for years. This is such a meaningful way to celebrate our first Christmas as Mr. & Mrs., and having our names and wedding date included makes it even more special. It arrived exactly as described, was well packaged, and exceeded my expectations.

So much care of detail (my poor-quality cell phone photo needed a LOT of help; color adjustment, filling in parts that were missing, etc) ALL of which was addressed and sent to me for approval. SIMPLY AMAZING! Customer Service is top-notch and will continue to keep and hold my business whenever I need any of the variety of products they produce... especially their absolutely perfect ornaments! PERSONALIZATION AND CUSTOM DESIGNS
We have a large number of items available for personalization. If you find a product that doesn’t have a personalization option or would like to have an item in a different color, other than those offered in the listing, please contact us and we will be happy to create the desired item for you
SIZING DETAILS
Our t-shirts and sweatshirts are based on Unisex Sizing unless otherwise noted in the item description. Please review the size chart on the listing photos of a specific item for a detailed sizing with measurements. If a listing doesn't have your size, please contact us. In most cases, we might be able to find the size you need and create the desired item for you.
*If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering. Since all shirts are made to order, sizing issues are not subject to be refunded.
MESSAGE RESPONSE TIMES
We respond within 2-8 hours to all messages sent to us via ETSY any business day. Messages received on the weekends and Holidays may take a little longer to respond.
DAMAGE/DEFECTS
Customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING (DTG) PROCESS
During DTG printing, a printer applies the ink directly onto the garment with inkjet technology. It is similar to printing on paper. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This technology leaves a smooth finish that never fades. In some cases, a print design might be a bit less bright than the photo on the screen.
Our garments are pretreated before the printing process, this makes the prints more vivid and long lasting. Please follow the care instructions provided in the description for the item purchased.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our turnaround time is 2-7 business days. We may change this timeframe during some major holidays due to a large number of orders and availability of items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since all of our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
