From the product picture, it is difficult to understand the size. Refer the dimensions mentioned for each product to get better clarity on the size.

We do offer gift wrapping option. To make it special for your loved one, choose this option while checkout and we will make it special on your behalf. It costs $4 for this service.

Please gently handle the jewelry to avoid any damage.

Avoid continuous exposure to water.

Avoid applying perfume after wearing the jewelry.

Store jewelries separately. Different kind of metal reacts together. To avoid this, store in small ziplock pouches or compartmentalized boxes.

Do not store in cotton filled boxes / velvet boxes. This will retain moisture and will tarnish the items.

For long lasting shine, after every use, wipe the jewelry with a dry tissue and store in plastic pouches.

All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground shipping.
If priority option is selected by customer, we will ship by Priority.

We generally do not encourage any returns as we try to give as much details as possible for each jewelry.

But if the customer still wants to return the item, product has to be shipped in original condition and buyer has to pay for the return shipping. Items should be shipped back within 3 business days. Beyond this, no returns will be accepted.

There will be a 20% restocking fee on the value of items returned. If customer paid for shipping, that won't be refunded.
We do not accept any cancellations / exchanges.

Once we receive the item, refund will be initiated with the value of the returned item less the restocking fee.

For standard shipping, it takes 4 - 8 business days for delivery (excluding processing time) depending upon the location of the customer. Once the package leaves our facility, we do not have any control over the USPS for delivery. They handle the delivery.

If a package gets returned to us due to incomplete address or incorrect address given by customer, we will contact the customer regarding this. They can either pay for reshipping the item or if they would like to cancel the order then we will deduct the restocking fee + shipping fee and the balance will be refunded.

We are not responsible for any misdelivery by the shipping carrier. If the tracking says delivered then customer has to contact the shipping carrier to locate the package.
