I’m sorry you didn’t receive your order in time. My items are all made to order. Processing time is 1-2 weeks plus shipping time. Etsy provides an expected delivery time on all Etsy listings when purchasing. If orders need to be rushed, that can certainly be accommodated if it had been requested. Based on the timeline designated on the listing, the order was set to be shipped by 10/11 and it was shipped 10/6.
