Returns - Exchanges - Repairs
~ All Returns, Exchanges & Repairs must be sent with all original packaging for safe arrival.
~ To qualify for returning for a full refund, The item must be sent in brand new unused condition.
~ Prior to returning, customers must disclose (with pictures) all damage and return must be approved before sending back.
~ Always provide tracking number once package is sent for a return, refund or exchange so we can track your item.
~ Consider purchasing insurance with your packages for extra safety in these unprecedented times.
~ Improper packaging/mailing is subject to fee and/or refusal.
Custom and personalized orders
All custom and personalized orders are made especially for you 🤍
They do not qualify for a return, refund or exchange of any kind.
If there is an issue, simply message me as soon as possible and I will do my very best to help.
14K ORDERS RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE
I am more than happy to help you with any issues you have with your orders. All 14K orders are custom made per order, we do not make a surplus or have any stock on them. Exchanges are welcome on occasion, some additional costs may apply. We will not be able to give a return or refund of any kind.
Of course each and every circumstance is different so we can discuss any issues and come to a compromise, if applicable. Customer service and satisfaction is my #1 priority!
Where is my package?
Please be advised that all mail carriers USPS, FEDEX , UPS are currently experiencing longer than normal shipment times, occasional no scan activity/updates. Please allow at least 48hrs and check again on a weekday, after receiving your tracking information for a scan and or update. We are doing our best to manage this situation and these occurrences are rare, but please understand we do not have special insight, access or control over your package once it leaves our shop. We use the same tracking number that is also given to you to track and locate your package.
When will my exchange or repair be ready and sent out?
All repairs and exchanges take 1-2 weeks to prepare and ship out with a USPS tracking number. When your item is ready, you will likely receive a message and picture of the completed product along with a short message with details.
The tracking number will come in a separate email. You can also access that tracking number through your original order.
Simply message me with any questions or updates, I will get back to you with a speedy reply!
Will my ring fade or tarnish?
Our rings are made of either :
- 14k Solid Real Gold
- Sterling Silver with Rhodium
- 18k Yellow Gold Vermeil
- 18k Rose Gold Vermeil
(Vermeil: Heavy 18k plating over sterling silver)
- Black Rhodium and Ruthenium
Any 14k Solid Gold ring will never fade or tarnish, it is solid real gold.
If you purchase a Gold Vermeil / Rose Gold Vermeil / Black Coated ring, the sterling silver from underneath will eventually start to show overtime. Please note this will not turn your finger green.
If your Vermeil / Black ring has faded, we offer an affordable Repolish & Vermeil Service that is available anytime you need! Simply message us with pictures and we will create a custom listing for you to make your ring like new again!
Can I buy multiple rings to see what I like them return them if it doesn’t work out?
All of our rings are made to order so we don't usually make/send out multiple rings for try-on then return. However, if you do choose to purchase multiple rings just for try-on purposes, there will be a 25% restocking fee for each ring.
Please note that our return policy is to notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and send the order back with tracking within 3 days of the return being accepted. If there are any customizations, we do not accept returns.
