Please make sure you select to proper price option for your order. Orders with the improper payment amount will be required to settle any balance before shipment. Orders requiring additional payments will need to be satisfied 24 hours after the payment request is sent. If the remaining balance is not settled within the allotted 24 hours, then your custom order will be processed and shipped according to your payment receipt. No refunds or exchanges will be granted due to non-communication. Any custom orders requiring re-shipment due to the buyer's fault will be subject to a mandatory re-shipment fee or if the buyer prefers free shipping, the order will be shipped for free, untracked. * Your props are water-resistant and can be cleaned with a lightly damp cloth.
* DO NOT emerge props in water!
* Props are not stain-resistant. If you spill a substance on your props wipe them immediately.
* DO NOT use bleach, alcohol, acetone, or any chemical substance on your props. ONLY USE WATER!
* Props can be used indoors/outdoors, however, they should be stored in a dry, cool place.
* Wear gloves when handling your props and keep them clean.
* Store props in bags to protect them and keep them clean.

All custom decals and nailwraps come with small, medium, and large nail designs. Should you require one size or please contact us. For custom stickers, we do not make extra small stickers. Please consult our font list for custom stickers. We do not accept outside fonts for custom stickers.

While our shop does not offer returns, we do adhere to European seller laws. These laws state that if you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days (of the delivery date), for any reason, and without a justification. We do not provide return shipping labels, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs and all products returned must be in original packaging and unused. All returns are subject to a mandatory 15% restocking fee. All international shipments are insured, so if your order is damaged due to shipping please reach out to us and provide photos so that we may file a report.

Please note that estimated USPS ship times (provided during purchase) are only approximate ship times and not exact ship times. Depending on USPS's volume of business, your item(s) may take more or less time to be delivered. If you require your package by a certain date, please contact us to set up a faster, more reliable shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shipping delays once your order is shipped (according to your shipping method). If your order is more than 30 business days late, please contact us for a reshipment only. We do not offer credits for future purchases or refunds due to shipping delays.
