Items needing personalization can take 1-2 days before shipping EXCEPT during holiday seasons. Most times I am able to get an order out the next day if the order has been placed before 4 pm Eastern time. Anything that does not need personalization or is not a handstamped item will be shipped out the next day. Art will be shipped next day if available. If it is still in the drying stages or a special order it could take 2-5 days before shipping. Larger orders may take a bit longer depending on the size of the order. I do take special orders so if you have a design in mind and do not see it, or you want to change something...just contact me with your idea and we can work it out.

♥♥♥Please note: I have no control over your package once it leaves my shop or how long the United States Postal Service takes to deliver your mail. Please make sure you have the correct address on your order for delivery. During holidays mail service may take longer than usual. If there is a problem with receiving your order please contact me and I will do my very best to try and contact the post office at my end and try to track it down for you. Each order is provided with a tracking number for you to be able to see how your item is progressing in shipment. I cannot guarantee any shipping times for any packages. You always have the option of selecting Priority at the time of checkout which is 2-3 day delivery in the US.

Due to the personalization of many of my items, there are NO refunds on PERSONALIZED handstamped items. This would include anything that has names, dates, or specific handstamping that would make the item personal and unable to be returned and re-sold. Please be extra careful when writing out names and dates and recheck your order before submitting on handstamped items. All holiday art such as ornaments and plaques with holiday themes are NOT returnable. Some art is returnable at your own expense and must be packed properly to insure no damage on return. If damaged on return it will be deducted from your refund.

If you must return an item, I must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your item. If you return the item it must be received back within 14 days of delivery. Items returned should be received in the original condition as when they were shipped. This includes gift box, etc. You are responsible for the shipment back and insurance and tracking number is advised for your own protection. If the item is lost and you have no insurance I am not responsible for issuing a refund. If the item arrives without the gift box then 1.00 will be deducted from your refund. After receiving the item a refund will be issued. If you had the item shipped Priority then 9.50 will be deducted from your refund as I only offer free standard shipping.

As with all handmade jewelry it is recommended that you remove your jewelry before showering, going into a pool or spa. A care card is included with each order on the care of your item.

If an item arrives damaged or spelling is incorrect on your handstamped item you must provide me a picture of the item along with your order number and contact me within 24 hours of arrival of the item. At that time it will be decided how to handle the problem.

For any order of quantity 3 or more there will be a 15% restocking fee upon return of the items. For orders of quantities over 5 there will be a 20% restocking fee upon return of the items.

All items come beautifully packaged in organza bags and then in a lovely gift box ready for gift giving. There are care instructions in each box.

I am not responsible for theft of any packages. I am not responsible for wrong addresses. Etsy will ship your package to the address you have on file at the time you signed up. It is your responsibility to keep your address updated when you move. Packages that show delivered or may be stolen from your mailbox or delivery area are not my responsibility. If a package shows that it was delivered you will need to take it up with your local post office for that area as they can tell you by GPS where they left your package. I do not accept returns for late delivery by the postal service.
