Paint choices
Every sign is a custom order, made specifically for you.
If you want a sign in a different color than the example, please contact me to confirm which colors I have in stock.
In-stock colors are free.
If you would like a color that is not currently in stock, I can send paint samples for you to choose from.
These are considered custom colors and include an additional $7.00 fee per custom color.
Do you send pictures
Yes. Photos of your finished sign are always sent before shipping. This has been my policy from the start. I will send the pictures to you through Etsy messages, so please check your messages regularly.
Because each sign is made specifically for you, I want you to see the finished piece before it is shipped.
Sizing details
Since each piece is made from real wood, final measurements may be slightly larger or smaller than the example shown. If you need an exact measurement, please note the precise size when ordering or send me a message so I can create a listing with the exact dimensions specified. If you have any questions, please let me know.

1. You have read and agree to the production time noted on the listing. Shipping requires an additional 2–14 business days.

2. Each sign is made specifically for you, and no two pieces are identical. All lettering is hand painted, so brush strokes will be visible. Signs are rustic and handcrafted from real wood; natural variations such as color changes, knots, nail holes, cracks, and gouges are expected and add to the character of each piece.
3. Every step of your order is completed by me from start to finish.
4. There are no cancellations, no refunds, and no returns.
Shipping damage policy
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. All shipments are insured, and a claim will be filed promptly.
To begin the claims process, I will need clear photos of:
• The damaged item
• The shipping box
• The shipping label
Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item until the claim has been fully processed and approved by the carrier.
Once the claim is submitted, I will provide you with the claim number and keep you updated on the status. After the claim is approved, I will notify you when production of your replacement item begins.
If the claim is denied, I will inform you and provide the reason given by the shipping carrier.
Delays in notifying me of damage may result in a denial.
