l currently do not accept returns. If for any reason there is a problem with your order please message me.

Shipping

Delays of delivery may occur due to customs clearance, weather, and wrong addresses provided. We are not responsible for postal delays. Refunds are not provided for incorrect addresses given by the buyer. If you experience any issues with shipping during your experience contact us and we will take care of any issues! In order to avoid shipping issues order your item as earlier as possible to give plenty of time to receive your item.

Customs Fees and Taxes

Any International buyers are responsible to check local customs fees and import duties. Your purchase price and shipping fees do not include such fees. These charges must be paid by the buyer. All purchases will be declared as "merchandise" and the appropriate value declared. We will not refund items which are returned because the customer does not wish to pay their custom duties.

All tumblers are hand wash only! They are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

Ears
This product is handmade and must be treated sensitively. Do not tug at the ears or bow. The ears should not be worn in the rain or on water rides. Be sure not to step or sit on it.
Please expect slight differences in colors of the items, as they may look differently in different lighting.
