4 out of 5 starsThis cup turned out good, however, the shipping was terribly expensive & it took WAY longer than originally promised. Messages were ignored for weeks & then just excuses. We think the order was misplaced or forgotten about entirely. Rather than just being truthful about it, she came up with some pretty ridiculous stories. If she has time to post on IG, she has time to respond to messages. She sent me a picture of it “done” but only of the front. I immediately asked for a picture of the back (why wouldn’t you send a picture of both sides if it was “finished”?). Instead of one more picture, I received a lengthy explanation why she didn’t have time, but would after dinner. 4 days later I received the picture. So, she has time to write a long message about being too busy to take 1 picture??? Huh??? I would NOT recommend this shop!

5 out of 5 starsMy husband ordered this cup as a gift for me with some major time constraints. Simply Snow was able to accommodate the order on very short notice. I have been wanting a cup like this for a very long time and this cup captured my vision perfectly! Great quality and excellent customer service. It will serve as a great reminder during some difficult days ahead. I absolutely love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely LOVE my cup!! It did take as long as it says to make but it is so worth it, I tried not to think about it so it wouldn’t feel so long! But it is beautiful. Tanna will reach out to you after your purchase has been made and will go over your custom order with you and later will send you a pic of your cups progress! It is well worth it and you’re supporting a local business!

Is the glitter bumpy?
Each cup is sealed from top to bottom creating a smooth, glass like texture. No glitter can be felt
Will the glitter fall off?

Nope! All decals are sealed completely and can not be removed
Will my coasters melt in my car?
Absolutely not! I use a very high grade of epoxy resin that is heat tested to 500° degrees. If my coasters can survive a southeast Georgia summer, yours will too 😉
