We offer a variety of stunning printed invitations and coordinating stationery as well as printable, digital options that will make planning your event seamless. Most importantly, each one of our designs will give your party a professional appearance that sets the tone for a fabulous event.

Please open and inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any issues with the product, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
All of the invitations in our shop are created using graphics and printed on cardstock. We do not tie, glue or attach any embellishments of any kind onto the card stock.
****USPS SCANNING DELAYS & MISSING SCANS NOTIFICATION****
The majority of packages that are dropped off at USPS in our area are not being automatically given an acceptance scan. Please be assured, if you received an email notification from Etsy with shipping information, your package was delivered to the post office.
Your package may appear as "Pre-Transit" or "In-Transit" for some time, even after it was personally dropped off at USPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any orders for delays caused by any shipping carrier.

Invitations and printables in this shop are for personal use only. Not to be resold or edited by a reseller, printer or other designer.
Standard turn around time for proofs is up to 72 hours from the time of purchase and receipt of all necessary order details. If changes are required, kindly allow additional time. Please note, production time is in addition to design time.
Please submit your wording in the notes section at checkout.
Included in your purchase is the party specific wording customization. Any further layout changes will incur additional fees (examples: size, font, color, placement, additional graphics).
Blank invitations are not available.
File resizing is not considered a change included with purchase. It takes a great deal of time to resize files. The fee to resize is $8.
Please note, we keep your order on file for 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Then they are deleted from our service. If changes are needed to your file after that time, you will need to repurchase the item.
INSTANT DOWNLOAD files do not include customization. They are sold as is with no changes.

We strongly suggest ordering printed items from our shop. As we can not control print quality of our files when printed by a different vendor.
Simply Social Designs provides perfectly print ready files. We are in no way responsible for printing issues caused by your printing vendor (like resolution/pixelation, alignment, color, cutting).
***When printing PDF files, please be sure to set your printer settings to "print actual size." All of our files are set up to exact size. If your PDF file prints too large, change your printer settings to "Print actual size" rather than "Fit to page."

Custom colors are available, however there is a $5 fee and a sample must be provided. Please note: screen colors vary from actual printed colors.

Unless otherwise noted: Orders are shipped from Maryland via USPS Ground Advantage to all domestic addresses. USPS Ground Advantage takes 1-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. If you are in a hurry, you have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout. The shipping upgrade ONLY speeds up delivery time and NOT processing time.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE! Simply Social Designs is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect shipping address. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to Simply Social Designs we'll be happy to reship it to the correct address, at your expense. If it isn't returned to Simply Social Designs you will need to order again, at your expense, with the correct address.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS – While USPS is still the most economical and preferred way to ship, delayed and lost packages have been on the rise. Please be patient. If you are in a hurry it is recommended that you upgrade shipping at checkout.
LOST SHIPMENTS – If you haven’t received your package after 15 business days, please send us a message letting us know and we can either file an inquiry or a claim, depending on how the item was shipped.
Please note: Simply Social Designs is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. Most shipments are not insured, as they are usually under 8 ounces and most shipments do not become lost. If you would like your package insured, make sure to upgrade shipping at checkout and choose “Priority Mail.” All upgraded shipments are insured. If upgraded shipments become lost, Simply Social Designs will either replace the item or provide a refund, once USPS Missing Mail Search has been conducted.
