Direct-to-Garment Disclaimer:
Light ink elements on bright-colored garments might look slightly tinted. This is most evident on Red, Maroon, Navy, and other similarly colored garments. This is an expected outcome of DTG printing.

The size charts provided in the listing photos include measurements provided by the item manufacturer. Measurement variations anywhere from 0.5 to 2 inches when the garment is laying flat are acceptable within manufacturer guidelines.

Any size advice I give you is purely based on customer feedback and the information you provide about yourself. I cannot guarantee that the size I recommend will be the one that fits you best. Please use the size charts in the listing photos to find your best size.

Due to the manual hand-placed printing process, design placement discrepancy by up to 1 inch in any direction can happen and is considered acceptable. For anything over 1", please contact me & provide measurement photos for a replacement.

There will be absolutely no refunds on custom and personalized orders, unless there is a problem with the item itself. I reserve the right to photograph and sell all custom designs purchased in my shop unless you explicitly tell me that you do not want this. If you forget to add details for your custom order, I will try to contact you before creating your item to gather those details. If you do not respond within 1 week, I will cancel and refund your order.

Please message me if you would like to upgrade your shipping shipping speed and I will check to see what is available for your address. I fill orders as they come in and I cannot control the shipping carrier service, therefore there are no guarantees.

I design each item in my shop from my home office located in Kansas, and I use a printing partner to help print my designs onto the items and ship them to my customers. My printing partner facilities are located in the following cities:

Most of the time, depending on stock availability, your order will ship from the closest location to you. Please contact me with any questions regarding processing.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.

Items which are undeliverable for any reason and returned to Simply Splendid Studio will be held for 30 days. It is the buyers responsibility to claim undelivered\returned items. If a package is not claimed within that 30 days, it will be donated. It is the buyers responsibility to contact me and pay for reshipment of a package that was returned to Simply Splendid Studio.

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

Shipping internationally with USPS (not including processing times):

First Class: Varies by destination, please inquire via Etsy message
Priority Mail: 6 - 10 business days to many major markets
Express Mail: 3 - 5 business days to many major markets

Any VAT, taxes, duties or any other fees are the customer's responsibility.

Please check the item listing for current processing time. During pre-holiday seasons it can take a few days longer than stated. Please keep in mind that the "scheduled to ship" date on your order receipt is only an estimate, not a binding date.

All sales are final. Each item is handmade to order. Even though your item may not be personalized, it is still custom to your needs (size, color, design). This means no returns and no exchanges.

If you need ANY help at all with sizing, send me an Etsy message before ordering. It's extremely important to read the listings so that you know the characteristics of the specific item. I am more than happy to help you with sizing.

While I understand it can be hard to purchase clothing online, I am always here for you. I stand behind my clothing. If I made a mistake with your order, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving the item. I always want to ensure you receive everything as ordered.
