The seller is also wonderful to work with and even reached out to me about a typo I made in the personalization section to confirm my order came out correctly. I really appreciated that! Why am I seeing shipping and processing times? I ordered a digital file.
Unfortunately, Etsy has implemented a system where you will see shipping dates and a tracking message on all orders, (even digital files). If you select DIGITAL nothing is physically shipped to you.
