5 out of 5 starsThis artisan is an absolute bamboo whisperer! The stalks are beautiful and healthy from leaf tips to bright orange roots. They’ve also got packaging and shipping down to an art. Every single stalk in my order arrived in perfect condition, and I’m having a great time arranging them in pots with gravel as gifts for several friends. They also included a generous surprise gift, which is now part of a much-loved arrangement on my desk at work. I’ll come back to this artisan for sure!

If I place my order today, how soon can I receive it?
We usually ship within 24 hours. So delivery time will be 2 - 4 days. We ship via FedEx 2 days express Mon - Wed, and ship via USPS Priority Mail Thur - Sat.
What should I do if package is lost or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damaged item, we will file insurance claim for you and offer free replacement or full refund.
Please provide a SAFE and COMPLETE address for accurate and speedy delivery. If your address incorrect caused the package returns, we will charge you extra $10 to $20 fee to ship your order again.
Are the 3 free boxes of incense made from reliable materials? I am very sensitive.
Yes, all 3 type of incense (Cone, Coil and Stick) are made from all natural materials, no additional chemicals added. I can't promise they are organic, but incense materials were all natural.
However, If you have asthma or other allergies and breathing issues, stay away from commercial incense might be a good idea. You can still use the burner but not the incense. You need to order specialty loose grain incense.
Bottom line, please consult your doctor if you have concern for incense smoke allergy.
