Can I get a preview proof BEFORE I place my order?
Yes! We would be happy to show you a proof before ordering. Just send us an Etsy conversation with the theme(s) and will get you a proof within 24 to 48 hours. *** During the busy holiday season it may take longer. Customers who have already ordered are done first.
What is your turnaround time?
Our turn around time on most items is 5 to 7 business days. Some items may take longer please check listing shipping times before you purchase.

Custom and personalized orders
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, and as long as production has not begun on custom orders, we will be happy to refund your money.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If for some reason your product is damaged during shipment, please take a photo to document and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will be happy to replace your item at no cost if we receive notification within 48 hours of when the tracking information shows a status of "delivered".
RETURNS
Since these signs are one of a kind, custom made, all sales are final. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will try our very best to make you a satisfied customer!
Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, and Returned Packages?
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Personalized items are custom made to order just for you therefore we do not accept returns. Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the customers request and expense. After 30 days, unclaimed and returned package
