I create functional dark art in the form of unique, handmade leather bags and accessories, governed by structure, ritual, and shadow.
My academic background is in Criminology. My fascination with psychology, symbolism, and the way people perceive the world has profoundly shaped my visual language. To me, every object is a form of communication - it tells a story not only to the observer, but also about the person who chooses to wear it. Form, texture, and detail become instruments of expression, capable of evoking unease, tension, melancholy, tenderness, brutality, or quiet strength.
By combining artistic intuition with an academic understanding of human psychology, I strive to give each creation an additional dimension - an emotional one. It is this invisible layer that transforms my work from functional objects into experiences that linger in memory.
I live and create alone in a large nineteenth-century house, far removed from the noise of modern life, accompanied only by my three cats. The silence, aged walls, and rhythm of solitude allow me to immerse myself completely in the creative process. It is there that the atmosphere of melancholy, nostalgia, and contemplation, which has long defined my work, quietly takes shape.
Lex Tenebrarum constitutes the code of all dark styles - a system that encompasses multiple forms of shadow and gives them a shared structure. It is the law of darkness.
Gothic, dark romantic, grunge, mori kei, dark mori, dark orient, steampunk, post-apocalyptic, warcore, tactical - these aesthetics are not contradictory. They are different manifestations of the same axis. What binds them is darkness: weight, transience, discipline, silence, brutality, or ritual. They differ only in the manner of execution.
Gothic is ceremonial darkness. Warcore, post-apocalyptic, and steampunk are operational darkness, built on force, control, and readiness. Mori kei also belongs to the shadow. It is an organic, luminous, quiet darkness - yet still rooted in fragility, endings, and death. None of them is superior.
Lex Tenebrarum does not favor a single form of darkness.
It regulates their coexistence.
Romantic darkness is not weak.
Brutal darkness is not the only true one.
All are legal, if they remain within the shadow.
My work is not confined to a single aesthetic, because a human being does not exist in a single state. People move between forms of darkness - seasonally, emotionally, throughout life. Lex Tenebrarum is the framework in which this movement remains coherent.
I do not create accessories. I create artifacts governed by the code. Each object serves a function - ritual, symbolic, or operational. All are subject to the same law - Lex Tenebrarum.
