Item received and as described. Original package lost in the mail. Seller shipped a replacement when they found out.

The tumbler is as it is showed in the picture but the shipper did not bother to put it into a shipping box or bag and this caused really bad damage to the original packaging. They simply stuck the shipping label on the tumblers original box and sent it like that!!!! This was meant to be a gift and it was embarrassing to give a gift with damaged packaging! Please use the correct shipping materials next time!!!!!

Great quality. Exactly what I expected.

I ordered what I thought was a Barbie Stanley. It turned out to be a pink Stanley with a Barbie sticker on it. Still waiting for resolution.

The item came earlier than expected, was exactly as described/pictured, and was a great gift. One of the best deals I've gotten on etsy so far.

Items did not match the picture at all. Bad quality and it's a knock of f of Stanley. Original bag should be pink, not purple. My straw was a cheap neon pink plastic with a non matching straw topper. The design was off and not matching what's shown attached all. Colors were off and very dull. I'm asking for a full refund since they don't accept returns. I've reached out to Etsy for help. Still waiting to hear back and yes, I've included my pictures.
