Are any of your products mass produced?
No! I have a huge sewing area in my home where I cut, sew and ship everything myself.
Do you send invoices?
No, I do not, and that is to keep costs down. Everything is available digitally in your account. However, all gift messages and wholesale orders do get an invoice and or packing slip from me. If you'd like one, just leave me a note in the note to seller box when you place an order.
Do you use plastic bags in any of your packaging?
The only plastic I use is for shipping the loose balsam and those bags are reusable.
How much packaging do you use?
I use as little as possible. Mainly because it gets expensive to add all kinds of additional packaging, and everyone just throws it out anyway. So to keep all costs down and save on waste, I wrap everything in tissue paper with a ribbon, add a personal note and a business card. I am conscious to buy as much recycled shipping products as possible. And sometimes you may get a box that I got a shipment in!
Is your sewing studio allergy free?
YES! My sewing studio is pet and smoke free, and because two family members have severe nut allergies, no foods containing nuts/peanuts are brought into my area. I am very well aware of how the slightest cross contamination can cause reactions, and I want to make sure that nothing like that happens to my customers or their recipients.

If you would like to order wholesale, let's get chatting! I have done wholesale orders as large as 8,000 pieces for major retail chain! Many of my orders are from 20 to 100 pieces.
There is a minimum quantity of 20 pieces and my shop tag must be on the item.
Where do you get your balsam from?
I take a 10 hour road trip (round trip) to get the freshest balsam from the Adirondack Mountains of NY. I generally buy 200-500 pounds at a time. Why do I drive? When you buy that much, the freight is excessively expensive and this saves on costs for everyone. Plus it's a fun trip and I get to drive my truck :-)
