Refund Policy: Item Not Received

If tracking indicates that the package is delayed or scanning is incomplete AND the package is proven by USPS Internal Scanning to be officially lost, a full refund will be issued 30 days after the shipping date.

Policy is void for packages that are undeliverable as addressed and returned to us. Should the item be returned to us unopened due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will relist the item and issue a refund LESS shipping cost.
