Pages and Pages...
I want to make blank books and planners that will matter to people. These are books that can hold our dreams and goals, sketches and symphonies, grocery lists and appointment times, the poetry and pain of life, and anything else our pens and pencils can trap into their pages. I want these books to be carried everywhere, filled to the brim with plans and ideas, and kept in drawers and in boxes to show the next generation. Heirlooms. Time capsules. Love lettered pages. Books to hold both masterpieces and lazy scribbles.
I have always loved drawing and writing. I've been making little books and stationery since I was in middle school. I love filling the pages of a well loved sketchbook as much as I love crossing things off my crazy long to-do lists.
When I am not making art, I love thrifting, going to flea markets, listening to music that isn't cool, and watching tons of weird and awesome videos on YouTube.
I hold BFA in Printmaking from the University of Florida, and I've taught art classes on topics like screen printing, metals, drawing, painting, and bookbinding. Clients include Urban Outfitters, 6DollarShirts, Amelia's Magazine, and The Independent Florida Alligator.
