Custom and personalized orders
All custom and personalized orders have their own refund/return policy which are as follows.
Refunds:
•100% refund if canceled before production starts.
•80% refund if canceled after production starts.
•No refund after painting process has begun.
•I do not issue refunds on items damaged in shipping. Any damaged items can be returned to me for repair at no charge.
•Changes can be made to customized items after completion or during a repair at an additional charge.
Why do custom orders take so long?
I am a single parent who works full time away from my art desk. So my only opportunities to work on projects falls on weekends, holidays, or evenings. I am always trying to find a moment to work on something in my queue, but life will also find ways to keeps me away.
