What if my package gets returned to sender?

If your package is returned to me due to multiple unsuccessful attempts (no access, ECT) or a wrong address given at check out it will be the buyers responsible to purchase new postage in order to have the package redelivered. Failure to purchase new postage will cause forfeiture of purchase item. Skye Graphics will not be liable for shipping issues caused by the purchaser.

Where is my package?

I ensure that all items are shipped within the allowed window and provide tracking for all orders. Once the package is in the USPS I have zero control over shipping speed. At this moment, most 2/3 day priority packages are averaging around a week in transit. If you are concerned about a delay with your package, the best option is to contact your local post office with your tracking number. They will be able to give you the most accurate information.
