Sizing details

Each stone’s measurements are listed in the description and/or photographed next to a 1" cutting mat or a quarter for scale. If I ever miss adding sizing information, just message me — I’m always quick to reply and happy to help.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes — I offer custom cuts, from cabochons to faceted stones and special commissions. If you have a specific shape, size, or design in mind, just reach out. I’m happy to discuss options and bring your vision to life.

Care instructions

Every stone is a little different, but most can be safely cleaned with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners unless you’re sure the material can handle it. If you’re unsure how to care for a specific stone, feel free to message me — I’m always happy to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please reach out right away with photos of the packaging and the item. I’ll make it right — whether that means a refund, replacement (when possible), or another solution.

How accurate are your stone descriptions?

I describe each piece as accurately as possible using my GIA education, gemological tools, and hands-on lapidary experience. You’ll always get the exact item shown.

Do you ship internationally?

No, I currently only ship within the United States.

Can you hold items?

I don’t offer holds at this time.

Will I receive the exact stone in the picture?

Yes — you will always receive the exact stone shown in the photos unless otherwise noted in the listing.
