5 out of 5 starsI can't recommend David enough! I ordered a set of custom guitar picks as a 50th birthday gift for my husband, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. David responded incredibly quickly, sent proofs almost immediately, and made some great design recommendations. He was friendly, easy to work with, and communicated everything clearly, including shipping costs and realistic delivery times. The quality of the picks is outstanding. As a really thoughtful surprise, he even included extra picks printed with their new gloss coat, so I ended up with double the picks I was expecting! Everything arrived a day earlier than expected, and most importantly, my husband absolutely loved them. Between the craftsmanship, communication, and customer service, this was one of the best Etsy experiences I've had. Highly recommend!
