Really impressed with this budgeting spreadsheet! The purchase and download process was quick and easy, and the spreadsheet itself is fantastic. It’s visually appealing, well-organised and incredibly detailed. It offers many features which are easy to navigate as well as offering instructions to use the spreadsheet. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

SlateAndTally started with a simple idea: a budget should tell you something useful the moment you type a number in. Every template here is a real working spreadsheet, with formulas that add up your pay, your bills and your goals for you, in Google Sheets or Excel.

I'm a small shop in Australia, so the sheets understand fortnightly pay as well as weekly, biweekly and monthly, and they work in any currency. Each file comes with a quick-start guide, and if anything doesn't behave, message me and I'll help you sort it.

How do I get my files?

Straight after purchase Etsy gives you a download link on your Purchases page and in your confirmation email. Nothing is posted.

Do the spreadsheets work in Google Sheets?

Yes. They work in Google Sheets and in Excel 2019 or later. Open the Start Here tab first for a quick guide.

Can I print the planners?

Yes. Every PDF comes in A4 and US Letter, and most can also be typed into on a computer or tablet.

Are the tax templates tax advice?

No. They are record-keeping tools only. For advice on your situation, talk to a registered tax agent or check the ATO website.

What if something isn't right with my file?

Digital files can't be returned, but send us a message and we'll fix it or help you get it working.
