2. Slav Medieval Shop, hereinafter called the Shop, allows you to purchase goods via an electronic network (Internet) - at SlavMedievalShop.com, the phone: +48 793-099 906 and e-mail order at Rzepkowepole [!at] gmail.com, and other sale places named SlavMedievalShop
3. Placing an order by the Customers shall be tantamount to a declaration that they have read the Conditions of Use and they commit to observe it.
4. The Seller reserves the right to change the Conditions of Use at any time. Amendments to the rules and regulations shall come into force from the moment of their publication.
5. The Shop is in the Polish Republic and the principles of its operation and dispute resolutions are governed by Polish law.
6. Item "marked as a gift":
All products are packed carefully to avoid damage in transport. Due to customs law we need to add all needed documents like invoices, value declarations, and packing slips. There is not possible to send the package as a gift without these documents (to avoid customs duties).
7. Sales and discount codes
You can use the discount codes available to you from our store for all products, except for custom orders. Custom orders are not subject to the discount code due to additional work, materials and time. If you make a custom order and use a discount on it, the store has the right to require an additional payment in the amount of the used discount. If a custom listing is made for you during a sale, please wait until the end of the sale and purchase the listing by filling in the personalization panel with all the important data, including the date you need the order for, if necessary.
8. Additional charges for rush orders and delivery delays
SlavMedievalShop does not have an option to pay extra for faster order fulfillment. All orders are executed in turn without exception. If you need an urgent order, please contact us first and find out if it is possible to sew your order before the specified time. SlavMedievalShop is also not responsible for delays in courier companies and local post. All orders are sent at the specified time, however, the delivery time does not depend on our workshop.
8) Plus size orders
We have the right to refuse an order of large sizes or require an additional payment. This is due to increased material consumption and technical difficulties. The cost plus order size is calculated individually for each client. The minimum markup per order starts at 20% depending on the product. Fantasy costumes are not sewn in sizes larger than:
- Female bust circumference bigger than 128cm (50 inches)
- Male chest circumference bigger than 132 cm (52 inches)
If the fantasy costume is made in a size larger than the above, the cost of the custom size surcharge will be 50% of the cost of the largest size.

• wash in cold water (at the higher temperature it may shrink and mat) or dry clean
• only hand wash
• use only mild washing detergents for wool
• hang in the vertical position to dry
• do not use bleach or stain removers
ALL MANUALLY SEWN CLOTHES SCHOULD BE WASH BY HAND!
Linen:
• temperature 40C - colored clothes; 60C – white or natural colored clothes
• hand wash is recommended
• alternatively – launder in the washing machine using „hand wash” program
• do not use bleach or stain removers
• no spinning (it is damaging for seams and fibers)
• hang in the vertical position to dry
• to keep the look, please, best ironed clothes with wetting water.

Sizing details
Each product includes its own size chart – we use our own sizing system, not international standards.
To choose the right size:
Select the size based on your widest measurement (Chest for dresses and tunics, hips for pants)
You may also provide your full measurements, and we will tailor the garment accordingly.
If measurements are not provided, the garment will be made to the maximum measurements of the selected size.
If you are unsure about how to measure yourself, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order – we are happy to help.

Each product includes care instructions.
Following them helps keep your garment in the best possible condition.
Damage caused by improper care is not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Item "marked as a gift": All products are packed carefully to avoid damage in transport. Due to customs law we need to add all needed documents like invoices, value declarations, and packing slips. There is not possible to send the package as a gift without these documents (to avoid customs duties). All items are packed as standard in paper, boxes, foil or envelopes, depending on the quantity and size of the order.
Wholesale availability
We work according to the standard scheme, as well as with all orders, regardless of the quantity. We do not offer big discounts on many items. We do not change the production time to a shorter one. Moreover, the production time may be longer. All our items come with tags from our workshop and are not subject to removal.
Height & standard lengths
Women:
Garments are made to the height provided by the client.
If no height is specified, the standard height is 168 cm.
Women taller than 175 cm may require an additional fee for extra material.
Men:
Upper garments have a standard length regardless of height.
Trousers are sewn for a standard height of 175–180 cm.
Men taller than 185 cm should contact us if additional length is required.
Items made for non-standard heights (below 168 cm or above 170 cm) are considered custom and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Plus size & custom sizing
We do accept plus-size and custom orders, which are discussed individually to ensure proper fit and comfort.
Due to additional work and materials:
-Plus-size items may require an extra charge, counted individually
-Discounts may not apply
-Such orders are not eligible for return or exchange
If something is unclear, we will always contact you before starting production.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom and personalised items are made especially for you.
Production time depends on the complexity of the order and may take several weeks.
We do not copy designs from other workshops and reserve the right to refuse such requests.

Detailed historical consultations (periods, regions, colors, accessories, reconstructions) are available as a paid service.
Customs & import taxes
Customs duties & taxes (international orders)
For some destinations (including the USA), certain costs related to customs clearance may already be included in the item price or shipping cost.
However, customs regulations vary by country and Etsy may apply additional taxes at checkout depending on local laws.
Buyers are responsible for any import fees required by their country that are not collected by Etsy at checkout.
