Due to the digital nature of the items within my shop, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided. I strive for 100% satisfaction, so if you have any concerns regarding a product, please contact me. Also, please send any questions you may have about the product prior to making your purchase.

Processing times are specific to each item in the shop, and are accessible in the Shipping area on each item listing. Most items are ready to send within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

A business day is Monday through Friday. Processing time starts from NEXT business day after order is placed. (For example, if you order on Monday and it says 1-3 business days, your order will be sent between Tuesday - Thursday).

Three (3) rounds of proofs (revisions) are included with your purchases. Reply to us with your desired changes and we will send you a revised proof within 24 hours. Nothing is finalized without your approval.

• $5 fee for each additional revision, beyond the 3 included.
• Font style & font color changes ARE included with purchase.
• Graphics changes & color changes ARE NOT included with purchase.

For your convenience, I include both high-resolution JPEG and PDF files with each digital purchase.
• JPEG files are best used for photo printing, web, or email/text.
• PDF files are best used for printing on paper/card stock at home or at a professional/online printer.

AT HOME PRINTING:
Please be sure to set your print settings to print 'actual size', or 100%. Do not select 'fit to page' as this will alter the size. If you choose to print a file at a larger size than what is written in the description of the item, we are not responsible for blurry or pixelated prints. We are also not responsible if you use low-quality printers/ink/paper.

PROFESSIONAL PRINTING:
You can take your file to your local print shop or upload to an online printing service (e.g., Zazzle or Vistaprint). This option is STRONGLY encouraged for the best results.

You will not receive a physical item. After purchase, you will be directed by Etsy to download your file. If it's a personalized item, you will receive an email with your final JPEG and PDF files attached. You can either print at home or take to your local/online print shop to print as many times as you wish.

• If you would like to display your sign freestanding on an easel, then it will need to be mounted onto foamboard or similar.
• If you would like to display your sign in a frame, then it can be printed as a poster on cardstock or photo paper.

All local print shops, photo shops, and online print services should offer poster-size printing. Please inquire with your chosen printing provider prior to purchasing. If you have any questions about printing large signs, please contact us.

Items can be printed as many times as you like for PERSONAL use only. You cannot copy, sell, distribute or use them for business purposes.

Digital files are the BEST because you get to choose your own printing service (at home, local print shop, or online), paper type/quality, and you can print as many times as you wish! This is an amazing way to save $$$ because you essentially cut out the "middle man" and pay a fair printing price. You can also take advantage of any sales or online coupon codes, which is always a plus :)
