Care instructions
Keychains and dog tags can break if dropped or hit against a hard surface. Please handle with care. Avoid prolonged contact with water and/or extreme heat. To clean, wipe carefully with a soft cloth.
Custom and personalized orders
Most keychains can be personalized. See individual listings for details. I cannot be held responsible for errors in spelling and/or grammer, so please verify your personalization request is correct when placing your order.
If you would like to have an item personalized that doesn't have a personalization option on the listing, please send me a message.
What is your free shipping promotion?
We currently offer free US standard shipping (first-class) for orders over $35. If your order qualifies for free first-class shipping, but you would like to upgrade to priority, you will be responsible for paying the extra shipping fees. Please send me a message if you would like to upgrade to priority shipping on orders above $35.
Additional Shipping Information
Tracking information will be provided for all US orders. All shipping times are estimates. Etsy cannot guarantee shipping times. Please note that once your item has been shipped, Mountain View Craft Co cannot be responsible for a missing package or delivery delays with USPS. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or undeliverable, we will make every effort to locate your package by providing relevant shipping information.
Returns/Refunds on Non-Personalized Items
Returns are only accepted for non-personalized items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 3 days of delivery and the item must be returned at the buyer's cost within 7 days of delivery. The order will be refunded minus any shipping costs paid.
Returns/Refunds on Personalized Items
Due to the custom and personalized nature of these items, they cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event that there is an issue with your order due to an error by Mountain View Craft Co, your item will be replaced at no extra charge. In order to replace an item that is broken or damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
Buyers outside of the United States
International packages will be shipped First Class International Mail (unless otherwise discussed) which can take from 2-6 weeks to receive. Please be patient to receive your item.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that you may have to pay vat/customs fees and/or duties upon receipt of your order, these fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are uncertain of the amount that you could be assessed please contact your local customs office or postal service. Forced returns due to the buyer not paying customs fees will not be eligible for a refund.
