Planes, Trains and Model Cars...
I have done model cars and planes since I was a kid. Using waterslide decals was one way I could put my car number, or plane graphics on my models to make them look "cool". My teacher friends, and wife, and daughter all love waterslide decals and making glitter tumblers as a hobby, and so I was enlisted to print their decal sheets for them. Being a teacher meant I needed to supplement my modest income...one of my friends suggested printing waterslide decals on a larger scale and opening an Etsy shop, then my little girl said "Dad, that would be cool"! And...yup..here I am.
This year I made the leap to vinyl, I now only produce high quality vinyl decals, full sheets, element sheets etc with the help of my in house artist who creates the artwork exclusive to Slidehustle. Vinyl is more durable, more forgiving and easier to apply. The color is amazing. With the addition of adding a spot of white as a base under the art, it helps the design stand out on other color substrates/tumblers etc
